Director
Chris is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, specialising exclusively in the fiduciary and funds sectors. Born and educated in Guernsey, Chris earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Wales, Cardiff. He returned to Guernsey in 1996 to join a large independent trust company.
In 2000, Chris moved to Bermuda to work for a major bank's trust company. He returned to Guernsey in 2003 to continue working with the bank. In 2005, Chris joined Jupiter, where he was appointed Director in 2007. He completed his Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management in 2005.
Chris is a specialist in fiduciary and funds management, with extensive experience in administering complex corporate and trust structures, pensions, and estate planning for both corporate and private clients, both locally and internationally. His expertise in funds includes closed-ended property and private equity fund structures for international clients and listed PLCs.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid sportsman, playing squash and engaging in technical diving. He enjoys boating with his wife, Mandy, and their two children.

Simon is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. He qualified and was educated in Guernsey, where he has spent his career since leaving practice in 1995. Since 1997, Simon has focused on fiduciary services while also gaining experience in the funds and captive insurance sectors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, having completed the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management in 2004. Simon joined Jupiter as a Director in 2016 and served as a committee member of the Guernsey Branch of STEP until 2019, acting as treasurer from 2010 to 2015 and again from 2018 to 2019.
Simon specialises in fiduciary and funds management, with expertise in complex corporate and trust structures for international clients and closed-ended fund structures, particularly in property and private equity.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys sports, including golf, swimming, and (in fair weather) cycling. He maintains a keen interest in local hockey, although his playing days are behind him. He also values time with his wife, Sarah, his daughter, Emily, and their dog, and enjoys following the fortunes of the Welsh rugby team.

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Although Stephen has primarily focused on fiduciary matters, he has also served as a board member for both listed and non-listed funds.
His extensive experience in the fiduciary industry includes in-depth knowledge of commercial property structures, wealth transfer between generations, and addressing the complex needs of wealthy families. Stephen has managed high-profile transactions in both the UK and Europe, developing a thorough understanding of related issues such as taxes, funding requirements, and the importance of clear and efficient communication with all parties involved.
In addition to handling commercial property structures, Stephen has increasingly focused on the affairs of the families and individuals behind these structures. His family office service has led to the development of deep, long-lasting relationships with multiple generations and their advisors, ensuring that both their immediate and future financial needs are secured and protected.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, watching various sports, and playing sports that involve a small ball, such as squash, golf, and cricket.

Director
David is an experienced investment professional with a background in owning, managing, and working across various disciplines within the financial services sector in multiple jurisdictions.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP). Additionally, David has experience in distressed assets and is a member of ARIES (Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts).
Over his thirty-four-year finance career, David has spent twenty-six years in Guernsey, Cayman, and Bermuda, gaining extensive experience in international financial solutions. His roles have included serving as Chief Operating Officer of a family office that evolved into a multi-jurisdictional publicly listed wealth management company, acting as a client-focused Country General Manager, and, most recently, returning to his roots in funds as the local CEO of a specialist Investment Funds Solutions Group, where he has served on multiple fund and licensee boards.
Outside of work, David enjoys travelling with his wife and children. He is an enthusiastic golfer and rugby fan, always eager to travel for both sports. He looks forward to the day when his fourball includes his three children, ideally in a sunny location.

Neil has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong focus on the fiduciary and funds sectors. He has extensive expertise in closed-ended private equity fund structures, having led various teams for a major third-party fund administrator, where he managed daily operations and provided comprehensive administration, governance, and compliance services. Neil has also served as an executive director for a Guernsey-based private equity fund manager, overseeing operations and governance.
In recent years, Neil has concentrated on governance, risk, and compliance functions, acting as a Compliance Consultant for several Guernsey fiduciary and investment licensees, and undertaking roles such as MLCO, MLRO, and CO.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. A keen golfer, he is eager to share his passion for the sport with his children in the future.

Ray Tully joined Jupiter as Head of Strategy and Growth on 1 May 2024. He began his career in banking, spending 20 years with AIB in Dublin before moving to Guernsey in 1996 to take up a Commercial Assistant Manager role with RBSI. At RBSI, Ray managed loan portfolios in the property and investment sectors and was part of the Business Development team.
In 2006, Ray transitioned to the fiduciary sector, joining Praxis Group in Guernsey as Head of Marketing and Business Development. There, he played a key role in expanding the group's international presence from 1 to 16 offices. Notably, he helped the funds business grow into a sector leader, which was later sold to Sanne Group Plc for over £50 million in 2021.
Ray also served as a credit consultant to Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund for over five years while at International Fund Management Ltd, a Praxis Group company. He later became Managing Director of Praxis Corporate Finance Ltd, providing debt solutions to the group's clients. In his final two years at Praxis, Ray was Group Head of Growth, a member of the Executive Committee (EXCO), and part of the Investment Committee. He now brings his extensive experience to Jupiter, drawn by its 30-year track record and established foundations in Funds, Trust, Corporate, and Pensions.

Sam is a Chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, having been admitted as an Associate of the Corporate Governance Institute (formerly ICSA) in 2023. Educated locally at Elizabeth College, he has built his career in Guernsey's finance industry. Initially, Sam specialised in Protected Cell Company (PCC) structures within the superyacht ownership and employment sector, before moving on to fund and corporate structures.
Sam's experience has predominantly been in closed-ended investment schemes, including Private Investment Funds (PIFs) and Registered Funds across a variety of asset classes such as Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. His client base extends beyond the UK, reflecting his versatility and expertise in handling diverse portfolios.
With a solid understanding of accounting principles and extensive experience in both administration and company secretarial functions, Sam offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to client and colleague support.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys boating and taking road trips to warmer destinations.

Louise is a Trust and Estate Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in Guernsey’s finance industry, 21 of which have been at Orbitus. She completed her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma in International Trust Management in 2014. Originally born in England and educated in South Africa, Louise relocated from Johannesburg to Guernsey in 1992.
Louise specialises in the administration of complex trust and corporate structures, family offices, and is highly skilled in managing RATS, QROPS, and QNUPS pensions, as well as estate planning structures for both corporate and private clients in Guernsey and internationally. She currently leads our fiduciary administration team.

Marina is a Chartered Accountant, born and educated in Guernsey, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. After qualifying, she joined a local commercial company, the international distribution arm of a global group, where she quickly advanced to the role of Finance Director. In this position, she oversaw all financial operations, managed teams across Guernsey, Paris, and Holland, and coordinated with distributors in Europe, the Middle East, and Russia.
Marina has been with Orbitus Group for over 16 years, where she plays a key role in financial control for the Group and its clients. Her extensive accounting expertise and meticulous attention to detail are integral to preparing both management and statutory financial information.
